3. You download our non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and Artist Submission Application (ASA).
4. You send us NDA, ASA, current images of your art and current bio via email.
We do not accept links to third party websites or crop photos
5. We will verify all the information provide on the completed Artist Submission Application (ASA).
6. A member of our team will inform you on the status of your submission, either by email or phone.
7. A refundable retainer fee ($300.00 USD) will be require if you do not have a verifiable track record.
Fee can be paid in installments- ask representative for details.
8. Retainer fee must be paid before contract of service is presented.
9. A service contract will be drawn-up and signed by both parties before the obligations of the contract is initiated.
10. Detail of the terms, conditions and compensation will be layout in the service contract.
RETAINER FEE.
A retainer fee is due for any applicant without a verifiable track record. This fee is refundable if the contract agreement is not met by us - due to our inability to complete the process. This fee is not related to any commission or service charges might be add due to the circumstances of the relationship. If client failed to meet his/her obligation of the contract the retainer fee will be kept as the initial redemption for services render. However, this fee will be considered partial compensation. Any additional fees may accumilated.
