Registering with GAN does not equate to a contract for services or any financial obligation what so ever.
Registering with GAN does obligate the potential client to tell the truth about their art practice, the status of their career, the origin of the work they have created and the dynamic of their individual art market.
Registration does not obligate GAN or anyone in our network to promote, sell or facilitate any action on behalf of the potential applicant
All the information provided is kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside GAN network unless authorized by a legal written document signed by potential client and GAN.
The information provided will be used to assist GAN in evaluating a potential client capacity as a practitioner in the Contemporary Art sector, to verify potential client practice and determine if it is possible to create a successful relationship.
None of the information will be sold to a third party or used for unauthorized business outside our network or scope of operation.
If we decide not to consummate a relationship, all of the information received will be purged from our system except for primary contact data.
